What Our Management Says
Reliable technology requires reliable structures
“Good electronics require more than machines. It’s about precision, understanding and fulfilling requirements, and ensuring smooth interaction between development, production, and testing. That’s exactly what we achieve at SWE. Not just by the book, but through experience, structure, and a strong quality mindset. We invest in modern systems, but above all, we invest in our processes. Because in the end, what matters is a product that performs exactly as it should.”

What Our Management Says
Three decades of progress, stability, and development
“When we founded SWE, we didn’t just want to implement electronic projects, we wanted to understand them, support them, and improve them. Now, almost three decades later, we work with a well-coordinated team, modern equipment, and over 650 completed projects. That makes me proud. We’ve grown by staying true to clear values: quality, reliability, and the drive to always find the best technical and economic solution for our customers.”

What Our Management Says
Why people are the key to success
“What makes me proudest is our culture of collaboration. Many team members have been with us for years, some since the very beginning. We work closely, communicate openly, and solve challenges together. Technology is important, of course, but without a great team, it would mean little. You can feel the trust in the company from day one. I believe that’s what defines us.”

Technology and Equipment
Our production is based on modern technology and well-thought-out equipment. With high-performance machines and precise control, we create optimal conditions for quality, efficiency, and flexibility from prototype to series production.
Pick-and-Place Systems
For fast and precise placement of electronic components, we use state-of-the-art pick-and-place technology. These machines combine high speed with accurate positioning, ensuring consistent quality in series and prototype production.
Asscon Vapor Phase Soldering System
Ideal for sensitive components, this system enables gentle and temperature-stable soldering. Even heating ensures strong and long-lasting solder joints.
EKRA Serio 4000
Our stencil printer delivers maximum precision when applying solder paste. The machine automatically detects PCB formats and ensures reproducible results, which is the basis for stable and error-free production processes.
Seho Selective Soldering System
For complex THT soldering processes, we use high-level selective soldering. This system enables precise, material-efficient soldering, even for small production runs.
