Our production stands for the highest quality, reliability in meeting deadlines, and outstanding flexibility. From the very first step to the finished product, we combine advanced technology with proven processes. Every assembly is manufactured precisely according to your specifications, with a focus on delivering functional and cost-effective solutions.
SMD Production
In the area of surface mount technology (SMT), we operate a highly automated machinery setup. Solder paste is applied using the EKRA Serio 4000, ensuring precise and consistent results. Component placement is handled by two Essemtec machines, the COBRA-8C and the FOX-4. The assemblies are then reliably soldered using a vapor phase soldering system, the VP 1000-44 from Asscon, which is especially well suited for temperature-sensitive components.
THT Production
For printed circuit boards with conventional through-hole components (THT), we rely on a dependable combination of skilled manual work and proven technology. Our experienced technicians place the components precisely and with great attention to quality. For soldering, we offer two methods depending on the needs of your project. Selective soldering with the SEHO Selectline-C provides pinpoint results, while wave soldering with the ERSA N-Wave 330 allows for efficient processing. This enables us to adapt the production method to your specific requirements.
Coating and Encapsulation
To protect electronic assemblies against moisture, dirt, or mechanical stress, we offer both conformal coating and encapsulation. Depending on the intended application, we provide full or selective coating. This ensures reliable long-term performance even under demanding environmental conditions.
Assembly
If desired, we can carry out complete assembly of your products. This includes everything from simple enclosure integration to fully finished and functional devices. Every step is carried out in close coordination with you. Our aim is to deliver a fully tested product that is ready to use immediately.
